Project Description:
Our first beach house. This project involved a serious redesign of both the ground and first floor levels to create a generous open plan living space and additional sleeping accommodation for guests across both storeys.
The house features bespoke joinery, secret washing rooms and a windows seat and an external terrace overlooking the sand dunes.
Western Red Cedar has been used to great effect on all three sides of the property to achieve a modern clean aesthetic.
The rear garden has been be re-landscaped to provide private areas for BBQ-ing and lounging, away from the beach.
